Praises be to ALLAH…who created the existence …and asked us to be from those who kneel and prostrate to him… and promised who obeyed and his prophet eternal heavens… I praise him plenty and blessed praises… And I testify that there is no God but ALLAH alone without a partner…Neither one like him, nor parallel, nor similar, nor equal to him…He created creations in this life to obey him…and to spread his religion and champion his prophet…who obeyed him won, and gained blessings…and on the day Of Resurrection he’s from those who win…
And who loses fearing ALLAH and ignore it, he’ll be covered at then end with regrets…and whom mortal life was his extreme wish…he loses on the Day of Resurrection…
And I testify that our lord, our prophet, our beloved one, our leader, our idol, our intercessor, and our orator Muhammad His servant and messenger… the best of creations…and the best of whom asked people to have good characters ...and the sky hasn’t known a more devouted person than messenger of ALLAH - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him - ...Oh ALLAH pray upon and bless our Lord Muhammad…and his Pure family…and good righteous companions…and upon us and with them O’ most compassionate… And so ... O’ servants of ALLAH…I recommend you and my mistaken guilty self to fear ALLAH…
O’ servants of ALLAH…All of you are caretakers and each of you is responsible to take care of his dependants… All of you are caretakers and each of you is responsible to take care of his dependants...words said by the prophet – - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him -, and his family, and companion -...O’ you, whom ALLAH obliged trust on…his organs, family and children… and whom ALLAH obliged trust on…his honor, and self… and whom ALLAH obliged trust on…his dependants, in his country and kingdom…and whom ALLAH obliged trust on everything he gave, from wealth, health, soul, body, honor, life, and religion...fear ALLAH in what he had given you… fear ALLAH in what he had provided you… and fear ALLAH in a day, ALLAH will ask you about what you’ve done and intended...O’ servants…from ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -‘s wisdom…that he made on this earth categories…and from ALLAH’s – almighty -wisdom…that he made in life opposites…so he created for the night, a day…And he created for the day, a night… and created for the earth a sky, as he created for the sky, an earth…and created for the male, a female, and for the female, a male…and created rich and poor…and created black and white…and created alive and dead…and created hungry, and belly full… and created healthy, and sick… and created observer and all-seeing… all these are from ALLAH’s creations…all these are from ALLAH’s - almighty and most majesty - doings…and that’s why…ALLAH created for the different categories in life… everyone needs the other… everyone needs the other…the rich needs the poor…and the poor needs the rich…and the healthy needs the sick and the sick needs the healthy…and everyone…and the male needs the female and the female needs the male…and the night needs the day and the day needs the night…and we all need each other so the meaning of…no rich but ALLAH, and ALLAH is independent of all existings, - almighty and most majesty -...and that’s why…If ALLAH made you a rich man…Then you need a poor man… you need a poor man to do for you what you can’t do…who constructs buildings and who carries out road maintenance… and who can fix what’s corrupted from house’s maintenances… all that…ALLAH - almighty - made a percentage for his creations…so they’d perform the tasks ALLAH - almighty - ordered the servants to do…so he set for the worker and employees rights…as well as he set for the employer, and institution and company’s manager rights...and if one didn’t perform other’s rights as supposed…then Injustice shall spread between them, we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -... and if injustice spreads… and rights were eaten… we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty -... and the rich eats the poor’s right… and the poor procrastinates on the rich… and the strong eats the weak…then the blessings that these people gather and want… then they don’t see it we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -...O’ servants…ALLAH set rights for every Muslims…yet for every one who lives on earth…from the uppermost of what Islam came with…and from the greatest of what messenger of Islam Muhammad encourages…- ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him, and his family, and companion -...he set rights for the workers…from the worker’s rights towards the employer…to give him enough salary…and to give him salary which is appropriate with its work...it’s not right…and not fair…that the employee performs a task…a big task…then at the end of the month…he’s given a raise…that doesn’t suit the work he accomplishes…this is unfair...and if so…the employer has no right to tell the worker if you like it, take it… and if you don’t…leave, there are many other people…these aren’t from Islam’s morals… and this isn’t from what the prophet - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him - came with…also it’s not fair…that the employee performs a simple task… then at the end of the month ...He’s given salaries, raises, and privileges… that don’t suit the amount of work he accomplished…this is not fair…and this teaches the worker to be lazy and loiterer we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -...and also it causes hatred between employees and workers…he sees that this person is taking a high salary… and his work doesn’t suit with that salary…and the other sees he’s aggrieved…so there will be a disruption in the country, we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -...and that’s why… there’s neither disturbance… nor security deflection in any country… as long as there’s an aggrieved person…and if aggrieve is lifted from all servants…from the worker and employer…there wouldn’t be any disruption in security we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -...what’s the reason ?...the reason is the existence of injustice between people we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty -... and ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -...set security and safety…for those who work by the book(Quran) and Sunna… if anyone of us didn’t work by the book and Sunna…then there’s neither security, nor safety, nor faith… ask your history…as the history of people… ask Muhammad Al-Fatih… and Salahuddin…and Tariq bin Zeyad… and Oqba bin A’amir… and others… from Muslim leaders that history was honored to write down their events and conditions… how Non-Muslims asked Islam and Muslim leader… to be a reason in spreading ethics and morals s… and judgement and justice between all nation…so they didn’t find justice… only in the book and sunna… and in what the prophet – - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him -, and his family, and companion – came with…O’ servants of ALLAH… and this is the worker’s right on the employer ...also from his right…from the worker’s right on the employer…to prepare for him a descent residence ...to prepare a descent residence for this worker…so he doesn’t tell him… live anywhere you want…and he doesn’t tell him…I don’t care about neither your residence, nor house, nor children…my concern is the work I expect…you live with your children or don’t…you live here or there…the residence is descent or not…I don’t care…then what do you care about ? Your concern is to sleep with felicity… and your employees who work with you sincerely and truthfully… are scattered here and there…how could you live delighted ...and you didn’t give who works with you…his least rights?... O’ servants ...if you take the messenger of ALLAH as your idol, messenger of ALLAH isn’t like that… it’s not his manner… it’s not his concern… it’s not his attribute… the messenger of ALLAH - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him - use to sleep hungry and his neighbour was belly full… he, - - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him - – used to sleep worrying about his dependants, brothers, and beloved ones ...And his companions...and that’s how… the righteous companions learned…one day… look at two great companions…raised be messenger of ALLAH - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him -...Omar bin Al-Khattab says… every time I do something… I find messenger of ALLAH adjoining Abu-Bakr with all good…So I wanted to see what Abu-Bakr does…he said…so I stayed up one night, I didn’t sleep…I stayed up one night…at Abu-Bakr Al-Siddiq’s door without his knowledge… I waited…first quarter of the night…I waited where does Abu-Bakr go… and when it was the last quarter of night…Abu-Bakr’s door was opened…he said so I noticed…and Abu-Bakr went out at the late night… where is Abu-Bakr going?...what’s the thing at the end of the night ?so I followed him where he went…I said maybe he wants to go the masjid of messenger of ALLAH to pray…so he passed the masjid…I said how wondrous…he said maybe he needs something…so I followed him and he didn’t stop until he was about to pass the Medina’s barrier…I said how wondrous…he said so I followed him and Abu-Bakr doesn’t know what I’m doing and observing…until he reached a house…it’s considered nothing…it doesn’t seem to be a house that deserves anyone to live in…he said…so he entered the house…and I don’t know who’s house is that…then after few moments Abu-Bakr Al-Siddiq went out and returned home…Omar says…I couldn’t be patient… and I couldn’t tolerate…until I enter the house and see what’s inside…he said so I stood by the door…and knocked it…A woman replied…she said : who’s at the door? He said servant of ALLAH… he didn’t say he’s Omar Bin Al-Khattab… so I entered the house…I found nothing but an old woman…she doesn’t see…she’s blind… then I looked at the house, it has nothing but it’s clean and neat…I said, Omar says…I told her…O’ servant of ALLAH… she said yes…he said : who’s that man that entered?...she said: I don’t know him… he said: don’t you know him?...she said: no, because I don’t see, and he didn’t tell me his name…he said: what does he do at your place?...she said…every night he comes to me… and tells me do you need me to do something? Do you need anything? Do you need food?...I say yes so he prepares food for me, and cook it and make it, then he cleans my house and tidy it then leaves…Omar said in himself ...No God but ALLAH…you’ve exhausted the khalifs( vice gerents) after you... he told her…May I leave ?... she said: before you leave, tell me who are you…and who’s this man you’re asking about… he told her: I’m Omar Bin Al-Khattab… and that man is Abu-Bakr Al-Siddiq… the messenger’s - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him - khalifs(vicegerent)... she said: Are you saying the truth? Swear…he said I swear by ALLAH, who there’s no God but him I’m Omar Bin Al-Khattab, and the man that was here is Abu-Bakr…the messenger of ALLAH’s khalifa(vicegerent)...so the woman cried, because she thought he was a normal man… she didn’t know he’s prophet Muhammad’s vicegerent…He comes every night and cleans her house and prepares her food…although if he told one of the companions or Muslims…or even his wives she’d go…but he wanted to build a place for him on the Day of Resurrection in front of ALLAH... (( أُوْلَـٰئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ نَتَقَبَّلُ عَنْهُمْ أَحْسَنَ مَا عَمِلُواْ وَنَتَجَاوَزُ عَن سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ فِيۤ أَصْحَابِ ٱلْجَنَّةِ وَعْدَ ٱلصِّدْقِ ٱلَّذِي كَانُواْ يُوعَدُونَ )) ...[ Those, that is, those who say such words, Abū Bakr and others, are they from whom We accept the best of what they do, and overlook their misdeeds, [as they stand] among the inhabitants of Paradise, the true promise which they were promised]...O’ servants…this is the vicegerent of the prophet - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him -...he visits an old woman…so how the employer? And the company’s manager? And the institution’s manager? you don’t care about workers’ residence or employees… and you don’t care about what they suffer from troubles…or prices increase…or conditions we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -...this is not your religion’s manner…that you’re committed to towards ALLAH - almighty and most majesty -...and on the other side…the employer has rights…and from the employer’s rights…that the worker fears ALLAH - almighty - in what he’s given from work to do…so he performs his tasks according to the required from him…and doesn’t use the institutions or company’s name for his own advantage…or his personal benefit…so he uses the work or company’s name… in his own business with the employer’s knowledge…so he gains money from here and there... this is considered cheating and injustice…and peculation and deception...we take refuge with ALLAH - almighty and most majesty - ...this shouldn’t be…also…from the employer’s right…to ask the worker to write a report about everything that happens…and about every Dirham that comes out from the accounting office…so he’d know about every big and small issue...and from the worker’s right…and the employer’s right...to cooperate with his employees and workers…so if one of the workers or employees sees…a worker,employee,or secretary or vice manager or other…cheats…or deceives…or steals… or aggrieves… then he should inform…he should inform the employer…one man told me…he says I work in a private institution…a simple employee but he fears ALLAH - almighty -,,he says…I used to receive the work’s bills…and some accounts…he said so I found an amount of money drawn…big amount…I said how wondrous…he said so I tracked down the exports and imports from the institution…but I didn’t find out why this amount of money was drawn…he said so I tracked…he strived because he’s sincere…and he says if I was insincere and unfaithful I wouldn’t care about anything…the whole company be robbed and falls apart I don’t care we take refuge with ALLAH…he said so I tracked…and I found out…that the stealer was the vice manager…he said…I sighed…I’m confused… I’m confused what to do?should I tell the vice manager?...he’s considered to be his manager…he’s the one who stole this huge amount of money…and now he discovered him…he told me what shall I do?...I said ALLAH exposed your manager to you…and you’re obliged to tell the truth, and consider this a test from ALLAH…and maybe satan will come and tell you go to my friend, the stealer…and tell him I know the truth but I’ll cover for you…If you give half million dirhams…or I’ll reveal the truth…is it possible or not? It’s possible…so I told him fear ALLAH - almighty -... he said so I went to the general manager…and told him so and so happened…he said…the manager said may ALLAH recompense you with all good…so the employee left…and the vice manager called him and said : are you the one who exposed me to my manager?...he replied I advised you…but you didn’t listen…I told you return the money to its owner and I wont tell…you didn’t help…I told him are you a Muslim? he said I’m Muslim…I said do you pray?...he doesn’t pray… Prayer prohibits what O’ good people? ... ((إِنَّ ٱلصَّلاَةَ تَنْهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلْفَحْشَآءِ وَٱلْمُنْكَرِ)) [truly prayer prohibits lewd acts and indecency]...but this what we complain about… we find in his passport that his religion is Muslim…yet he’s a cheater…stealer…arrogant..
Praises be to ALLAH…we praise him and ask his support and ask his forgiveness and ask his guidance…and we believe in him and rely on him and we adjoin all good to him ...I praise him plenty and blessed praises… And I testify that there is no God but ALLAH…and I testify that our lord, and our Muhammad His servant and messenger… ALLAH sent him with guidance and righteous religion to show it on all religions even if disbelievers hated it ...Oh ALLAH pray and bless upon our Lord Muhammad…and his Pure family…and good righteous companions…and upon us and with them O’ most compassionate…and grant him peace…And so… O’ servants of ALLAH…I recommend you and my mistaken guilty self to fear ALLAH…
O’ servants of ALLAH ... I met one on the managers…in some institutions…he says…that some employees complain about him…and I know this person… this manager I know him…he says…this manager…doesn’t allow employees to pray Al-Thuhur prayer…I said how wondrous…I’ll talk to him…so I spoke to him…I said…MashaALLAH(it’s from ALLAH’s will) that you’re a good person and so ...and you’re a Muslim and made you a manager and a person in charge and you have employees…he said: yes, what do you want O’ sheikh? I said no I don’t want anything, but I heard that some employees are complaining that you don’t let them pray…is it true?...and this is an important issue…because ALLAH says : ((إِن جَآءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَإٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوۤاْ)) ...[ if a reprobate should come to you with some tiding, some piece of information, verify it, ascertain his truthfulness from his mendacity ]...don’t judge unless you verify… he replied it’s not true…I said Glory be to ALLAH…he said…I allowed them to pray… and I specified a time… almost from one o’clock for example…but the employees consume a complete hour…a complete hour… he goes to the restroom…and consumes 15 minutes…he does ablution then pray the sunna… then sits…then prays the fard…then sits…then after that prays the sunna then sits and talks with his friends in the Masjid…then he drinks a cup of tea then after that…there’s only half an hour left for the working hours…Is this the religion? I said no… not that…that’s why the employees must consider the working hours… no one prohibited you from praying…but don’t make the prayer a key to abuse your religion, workers, and others… If we take 10 minutes for example…If ALLAH wills it’s enough…that’s why I say the Muslim must go out purified…to maintain your ablution…This is how we learned from sunna…do you know why? They said because if you go out from your house purified…and maybe ALLAH destined you that die… so death comes and you’re pure, and you’re on ablution… scholars say if death comes to a Muslim, and he’s on ablution then he’ll say at death No God but ALLAH…because you’re purified…because ablution is the Believer’s weapon…the believer’s weapon is neither a shooter, nor tanks, nor rockets, nor other…your weapon is your faith and reliance on ALLAH and maintaining ablution… if you went out on ablution then ALLAH - almighty - will firm you tongue at death… Oh ALLAH set and firm us on death…so we’d say No God but ALLAH, Muhammad the messenger of ALLAH - ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him - ...and that’s why… There shouldn’t be neither harming nor reciprocal harming…and there shouldn’t be neither excess nor reciprocal excess…if we give everything its right…there wouldn’t be aggrieve or injustice…I ask ALLAH - almighty - to let us succeed for what he loves and please… and talking about these rights elongates… but I tried to abbreviate as much as possible…so we’d gain benefit if ALLAH wills… and then ALLAH ordered you to grant peace and pray upon our lord, messenger of…whereas he said: ((إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلاَئِكَـتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّ يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسْلِيماً))...[ Indeed God and His angels bless the Prophet, Muhammad (s)... O you who believe, invoke pray upon him and invoke peace upon him in a worthy manner, in other words, say: ‘O God, bless our master Muhammad and grant him peace]...Oh ALLAH pray upon and grant peace and bless our Lord Muhammad… and his Pure family…and good righteous companions ...especially those of the high positions…our lords and imams Abu-Bakr and Omar and Othman and Ali…and the ten of whom were informed to enter heaven…and people of Badr…and people Of Uhud…and people of Bay’at al ridwan… and upon us and with them O’ most compassionate… Oh ALLAH rise Islam and champion muslims…and humiliate disbelievers…Oh ALLAH destroy your enemies enemies of Islam…Oh ALLAH set free the 1st of two directions(qibla)...and preserve the holy haram…and preserve these countries and all Muslim countries…from temptations and troubles and wars and pain and diseases…Oh ALLAH champion our brothers in Palestine…and lift the affliction and blockade from them…and lift the affliction from our brothers in Iraq…Oh ALLAH lift affliction from every Muslim…Oh ALLAH have mercy on lord Muhammad’s nation…Oh ALLAH have mercy on them…Oh ALLAH profuse their rains…Oh ALLAH reduce their prices…Oh ALLAH guide their young men and women…Oh ALLAH protect them…Oh ALLAH cure their patients…Oh ALLAH cure their afflicted people…Oh ALLAH have mercy on their dead people…Oh ALLAH cure their patients…Oh ALLAH pay their debts…Oh ALLAH return their traveler safely…Oh ALLAH let their students succeed…Oh ALLAH enrich their poor…Oh ALLAH cover their private parts…oh ALLAH comfort their fears… Oh ALLAH have mercy on Sheikh…Zayed… Sheikh Maktoom…...and bless Oh ALLAH our heir apparent and his representative… and make this country safe and peaceful…luxurious and welfare…and all Muslims’ countries…O’ Lord of the worlds and most compassionate ...Servants of ALLAH… (( إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِٱلْعَدْلِ وَٱلإحْسَانِ وَإِيتَآءِ ذِي ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَيَنْهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلْفَحْشَاءِ وَٱلْمُنْكَرِ وَٱلْبَغْيِ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ))…...[ Indeed God enjoins justice and being fair, and virtue, performance of the religious obligations, or that you should worship God as if you were able to see Him, and giving to relatives, and He forbids lewdness, fornication, and abomination He admonishes you, so that you might remember]...Remember ALLAH the greatest he remembers you…and thank him for his blessings he gives you more… (( وَلَذِكْرُ ٱللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ))... [And the remembrance of God is surely greater, than other acts of obedience, and God knows what you do]
